* King Dyce: Also known as the Black Saltier King, he is the original leader of the Black Saltire Army, ruler of his home universe and Multiversal Conqueror. He is based off of the Black Cross Fuhrer from Himitsu Sentai Gorenger. His full title is "His Imperial and Royal Majesty King Dyce, Emperor of the Universe and Generalissimo of the Black Saltier Army". He later get's replaced by Princess Jody.

* Prince Tom: Princess Jody's husband and the new 2nd-in-command of the Black Saltier Army

* Judas Frankie: An alternate universe evil counterpart of Frankie Stein from Monster High. Judas Frankie has a cybernetic left eye, ear, arm and leg and dresses like Toralei Stripe
* Terlaemen: The Black Saltier Army's robotic faceless leather-suited foot soldiers. They can be heard shouting "Yee!" often when attacking their victims. They are based off of the Zolders from Himitsu Sentai Gorengers
