Cindy Vortex meets an alternate version of herself, who also has started wearing her flight suit all the time as well, only for said alternate Cindy to be flattened to death by a meteorite.

"Act II"

Manolo Sanchez, Maria Posada and Chuy (from The Book of Life) have recently joined the Department of Hotness. Meanwhile, the Department of Hotness are fighting the Axis of Evil, led by General Bot, in some random alternate universe. "It's time to kick it up a notch" said Hottie "Wexter, breathe fire on me". After Wexter breathed fire on Hottie, something amazing happened, she was transformed into "Hottie Lightning", gaining not only power over fire, but electricity as well. With both Hottie Lightning's new power, the Department of Hotness was way more powerful and destroyed a whole bunch of Horde Bots. The fight lasted all day. Although the Axis of Evil put up a good fight, more so than the Empire of Darkness in Hottie 4: Even Better Sequel, they were no match for the Department of Hotness and their leader, Hottie Lightning. The Axis of Evil then retreated. To be continued...
