Listen, I'm not trying to offend you, but I want to help you with some constructive criticism.
You didn't put any effort into this, and it shows. You could actually try drawing/painting/whatever medium you prefer-ing the piece, instead of just using the shape tools and the fill with color tool on MS paint. Even if you don't have a tablet or a scanner, you could perfect drawing with your mouse, or make the whole person if you really have to use shapes. You could also try thickening the line between Brit's eye and Tiff's belt so you can tell them apart and/or tell what it is. I understand it was rushed in order to make the deadline for a contest, but that is absolutely no excuse to not use effort.

Again, please don't get offended, I'm not trolling. I'm trying to help you.
