"Act I"
The final battle has taken place in the Center of Time in the AoStH-verse. Although the Time Eater manages to overwhelm the two Sonics, the support of the rest of Team Sonic and the power of the Chaos Emeralds allow them to transform into their Super forms and confront both versions of Eggman. Despite attacking with missiles, warping arms and slowing down time, the Sonics penetrate the Time Eater's core, destroying it. The heroes return to the present. After the battle, Classic Sonic and Classic Tails travel back to their own time as everyone says their farewells. After the credits, both versions of Eggman find themselves stuck in white space with seemingly no way out. In an unrelated story, Tad C. DeCartoon defeats Dr. Beeswax and has him arrested, takes back the Heart of Glass and drives the Skrulltauri back to their home dimension while at the same time the Bold Fighters defeat Monuel and has him thown in jail too. Team Sonic also track down Ralph the Gas Mask & Silverclaw and have them thrown in jail too. Now the only bad guys left are the Anti-Guardian and Zorndrek.
"Act II"
With the two Eggmen defeated, Team Sonic decides to join the the Supetastic 6 United Army. Meanwhile Dr. Eggman (AKA Modern AoStH Dr. Robotnik) and his co-2nd-in-commands, SatAM Dr. Robotnik, StC Dr. Robotnik and Sonic X Dr. Eggman, are made Heralds of the Anti-Guardian. Meanwhile, Our heroes arrive at the planet of Interstella in the Interstella 5555-verse, which is attacked by the Anti-Guardian, who plans on feeding on the planet, not to mention absorb the entire universe. Our heroes then start to fight the Anti-Guardian. Halfway during the fight, the cavalry arrives in the form Department of Hotness led by Hottie herself. Wexter breathes fire on the Crescendolls, transforming them into the "Crescendolls Fire". Captain Music uses a unicorn horn to wish for Goku Vegeta, Sparrowmon and ZekeGreymon to have Ultro Power. Captain Music then uses a Gold Flower to transform into Gold Captain Music while at the same time, Mikey Kudo DigiFuses the Starmons into the Star Sword. Gold Captain Music then picks up the Star Sword and uses Ultro Power with Goku, Vegeta, Sparrowmon and ZekeGreymon to fuse into Captain Music X7. Mikey then combines his Fusion Loader with Christopher Aonuma's so that he may perform Final Xros on Captain Music X7, fusing him with the rest of the Xros Heart United Army's Digimon, the DigiMemories and all of the Digital World's Digimon to form "Captain Music X7 Superior Mode", which resembles Gold Captain Music but with Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode's chest armor, wings and mic. The combined might of Captain Music X7 Superior Mode and the Crescendols Fire then take on and drive off the Anti-Guardian out of the universe.
"Epilogue"
Meanwhile, in another dimension, The Warlord, the leader of the Skrulltauri, confers with his boss, and her husband, about Dr. Beeswax's failure and the newly formed Supetastic 6 United Army. His boss was none other than Princess Jody herself, the main antagonist of Super Milestone Wars and Super Milestone Wars 2. To be continued.....

I think that if Zorndrek and Princess Jody fought, he would be the victor due to the fact that the only reason she and some of your other villains were even able to force cosmic villains or some powerful god-like villains was because he was pulling strings and helping them.
